D'BORA:
The D�Bora is an 80 foot timber vessel running affordable quality surf charters in the Mentawai Islands.
Long time Mentawai charter operators Chris Scurrah and Tom Plummer have teamed with respected Padang chandlery owner Charlie Josal to create this unique vessel with all the modern amenities, but a decidedly local Indonesian architecture and flair.
With over 25 years combined experience in the Mentawais, they�ve pooled the best possible crew with onboard Western surf guide and will traverse the length and breadth of the Mentawai islands to get you your fill of waves, andt hen some.
Miscellaneous: 2 tenders with 15 and 40 hp outboards engines, TV, DVD, Stereo CD, I Pod jacks, 220 volts plugs with international adaptors, life saving equipment, fishing and snorkeling gear, toilets and 2 bathrooms, satellite phone, fax and internet.

Padang (West Sumatra).
Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Padang Airport, transfer to the harbor, departure for the Mentawai in the evening.
Day 2: Arrival in the islands early morning, first surf in the area.
Day 3 to day 12: Boat trip aboard D'Bora in the Mentawai. Departure for Padang on the 12th day in the evening.
Day 13: Arrival in Padang early in the morning, transfer to Padang Airport by mid-morning to connect with outgoing international flights.
